How A Leader Can Develop Talents By Using

As a leader, being able to manage learning will help you in building successful organizations.  Simply put, “Learning Leaders” nurture an insatiable thirst for lifelong learning within them and their teams. However, a survey by Garvin,  Edmondson, and Gino (2008) found that managers are challenged in assessing their teams’ learning as a  part of contributing to the organization. Therefore, more efforts should spotlight on “Learning Leaders” to become main drivers in building capabilities by nurturing a leadership bias for lifelong learning within themselves and teams. In general, a leader who loves learning strives to fall in love to learn, with a never ending search for learning opportunities for themselves or others. Time and again, leaders who value learning experience shows effort in creating an environment to cultivate a culture of life-long learning to support individual performance to eventually enhance  continuous personal and career development.
